Do you take insurance?

Yes, we are credentialed with some of the major insurance companies for counseling services, and these are listed on each provider’s page. We are also happy to submit billing as an out of network (OON) provider; however, please be aware you are responsible for payment for OON services at the time the service is rendered.
 

What are your private pay fees?

Fees vary, depending on the provider and the service; fees are listed on each provider’s page. Please submit questions via the contact form or call/text the office for detailed information.
 

Do you provide sliding scale or reduced fee services?

Yes, we have sliding scale fees, which are based on your gross household income.
