FAQ’s for Current Clients

  1. Where can I find the patient portal?

    Click here to log into the portal. You will need to either remember your password or be prepared to reset your password, as we are unable to do that for you on our end.

  2. My credit card is locked or maxxed out, and I know I have to pay my co-pay for today’s session. What do I do?

    Please call/text Rachel Lacy, our billing specialist: 601-207-8807. You can also email her.

  3. How do I cancel a session?

    Please call/text the main office number: 817-381-2290. Note that texting is preferred; it’s easy to find record of the canceled appointment, so you can avoid late cancelation fees.

  4. My insurance is changing. What do I do?

    Please forward your new insurance information to the office asap. We will verify benefits and get your new insurance loaded in your chart.

  5. I can’t afford counseling anymore, but I also can’t afford to stop.

    We are open to doing payment plans for counseling costs, if that would help you to continue with counseling services. Please contact the main office or Rachel to discuss options.
